Falgrim: BlackWinter

A dark fantasy visual novel about loss, memory, and the burden of a cursed name.

Years after The Crown of Fangs destroyed your village, you remain their prisoner. When a young Dragonkin girl enters your cell and asks to hear your story, the past begins to unravel through childhood memories, buried truths, and the pain of all you have lost.

Now a dark beast hunter who has cast aside their former identity, you struggle to reclaim what was taken from you and make sense of what remains. But as your story unfolds, the shadow of the ones who destroyed your life still lingers.

Blackwinter

Choose your character and step into their past. Become part of the Blackwinter family a long line of dark beast hunters who wield black magic to protect the people of Falgrim. Every decision you make will shape the story and not everyone will survive the consequences.

 

Lyra 

Lyra Frostfang  A childhood friend and a potential future love interest. A wolf beastkin who grew up by your side, Lyra comes from a family that serves the Goldstone family. Treated as lower class, she helps her family however she can, as earning coin is never easy for her kind.

Bright and full of energy in private, she becomes timid in the village, shaped by the prejudice and bullying she has endured. Your sister Vaelyn has always stood by her, giving Lyra the courage to be herself around those she trusts. Her older brother, however, harbors a deep distrust of humans

Seth 

Seth Goldstone  A childhood friend and a potential future romance interest. Known for causing trouble around the village, Seth is also your closest friend—someone who always stood by you when you needed it most. His family is renowned for their work as blacksmiths, but Seth dreams of leaving it all behind to see more of the world.

After losing his mother to a brutal beastkin attack, Seth grew up under a father who harbors deep resentment toward beastkin a mindset that has begun to influence Seth as well. Despite this, his older sister remains a steady and caring presence in his life
